How many people can stay in the condo?
We are able to host six guests in the condo.

What about parking?
Guests are given two parking passes for their stay. There is a combination of covered and uncovered parking on the property. For more details, see our House Manual.

The condo is on the top floor - do you have an elevator?
While being on the top floor has many advantages, it can be a pain to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs! Luckily, we have an elevator to help with that, and it’s right outside the front door!

How far is the beach?
The beach is just across the street. The Ocean Club has two sides: Sound Side and Ocean Side. To get to the beach you walk out of our complex, across the street, and through the Ocean Side condos to the private beach access. We’ve timed it and it takes us 5 min flat from door to beach!

Do you provide linens?
Yes, all linens and towels are provided for your stay. Guests are provided six of each: bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel.

Do you provide beach towels?
Yes! We provide six beach towels per stay.

Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, the Ocean Club complex has very strict rules about pets. Guests are not allowed to bring any pets with them during their stay.

Are the pools heated?
Yes, the pools on both the Ocean and Sound sides are heated year round.

Do you have kayaks or paddle boards for guests to use?
No, we do not have kayaks or paddle boards for guests to use. There are several local shops who provide rentals, however, and our dock is the perfect launch point! Check out our “Local Recommendations” page for recommendations.

Do you have beach chairs?
Yes, we keep a well-stocked beach closet that includes chairs, toys, boogie boards, a cooler, and more!

Do you have a BBQ?
Yes! The community has a few BBQ stations throughout. The grills require charcoal, which we are unable to provide, but this is easy to buy on the island.

Does your coffee maker take pods or grounds?
We have a Keurig K-Duo Plus coffee maker. You can use either pods or grounds.

Does the complex have security?
Yes, the Ocean Club provides security. If you need them at any time you can reach them at: 252-342-3863.

Is there a gym?
Yes! There is a shared gym located in the clubhouse. It has two treadmills, an elliptical, a bike, and weights.

Is there somewhere for us to fish?
Located right outside of the condo is a beautiful fishing pier and dock. You are welcome to fish off of the dock or gather under the pavilion.

Do you use fragrances or air fresheners in your unit?
We do not have any scent-diffusing products (candles, plug-ins, etc.) in The Condo in an effort to make the unit the most comfortable for our guests.
